Just an Idea, hope it comes true and serves the needy.

Was traveling by train, on the way have seen so many abandoned train
bogies/containers/cabins are lying on earth which are not of use/not in use. If some initiation will be taken to convert them to mobile homes to serve the needy/homeless people in some allotted waste lands, or some other unused lands will be helpful to the needy; also hope it will reduce the homeless in huge percentage in our country.

If the land is required for some use! the mobile homes can be moved to other places by not causing big difference and obstacles, with proper mutual or written understandings with the occupants. With this initiation we can avoid the platform sleepers, bus stop occupiers and other public area occupiers. Comments please
